Your new Matzel Development home is built to strict specifications and monitored throughout the building process by a series of inspections, ensuring that immediate attention is directed to any construction discrepancy. Approximately two weeks prior to closing, the Project Manager and Pretitle Technician inspect your home, generate a construction “punch list” and address the construction quality and all options purchased. Approximately three days before closing the Warranty Service Manager conducts a Final Quality Inspection that is included in an official report. On the day of your closing, you are guided through your new home and are free to point out to the Warranty Service Manager any discrepancies you may find. Two weeks after closing, the Warranty Service Manager will familiarize you with the “workings” of your new home by providing a detailed New Home Orientation.
