HOLIDAY SEASON SPARKLES AT COVINGTON VILLAGE

OCEAN COUNTY, NJ—The good times just keep on coming at Matzel Development’s Covington Village in Ocean County. December is a particularly active month, when residents can experience “road trips” as well as community-based activities at the clubhouse.

In addition to enjoying the annual on-site Holiday Party, big pro football games at the theater room and delectable weekly Sunday brunches in the Covington Café Restaurant, homeowners are boarding the Covington Coach community shuttle for trips to Long Beach Island and historic Cape May. “This community caters to people who love life and want the most out of it,” said Marge Karahuta, the Director of Sales and Marketing for builder Matzel Development. “Barbara (Kelly) our Lifestyle coordinator does of fabulous job working with residents to make possible the many holiday activities. She values the input and ideas from homeowners for new things to do that help make Covington Village the active neighborhood it has become.”

The Surflight Theater in the Beach Haven section of Long Beach Island is the venue for a performance of the holiday classic, “It’s A Wonderful Life.” The Cape May excursion brings Covington Village homeowners to the revered Victorian town in the midst of its dazzling holiday light displays.

Covington Village represents Ocean County’s best value. The carefree condominium homes offer one bedroom, one bedroom with den and two bedroom floor plans, each crafted in the Matzel Development tradition of quality workmanship and materials. Each building has secure entry and convenient elevator service. The community is engulfed by preserved woodlands, ensuring continued privacy and a serene backyard view for every homeowner. The gated front entrance is highlighted by tranquil ponds and opulent fountains.

“Especially during the holiday season, there’s no place else like Covington Village,” Karahuta said.
